Q: How long does delivery take?

A: All orders are delivered within 3-5 business days across India. During peak festive seasons, delivery may take up to 7 days. You will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

Q: Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

A: Yes! We offer COD across 27,000+ pin codes in India. Your order will be verified via OTP before dispatch. A small COD handling fee of ₹30 may apply.

Q: Is shipping free?

A: Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999. A flat fee of ₹79 applies to orders below ₹999.

Q: Can I return or exchange a product?

A: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged or incorrect items. Email us at decorvibesales@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Q: Do you offer bulk or corporate gifting orders?

A: Absolutely! We offer special pricing for bulk and corporate gifting orders (10+ units). Contact us at decorvibesales@gmail.com for custom quotes and branded packaging options.
